  1. Insert the paddle in the bowl.
  2. Pour the water in the bowl and add all of the ingredients. Close the lid, select the POT function, select power level 2, set 45 minutes and press the program start/stop button.
  3. When cooking is finished, strain and pour the beverage into a carafe.
  4. Serve with lemon slices
