  1. Remove the paddle from the bowl.
  2. Clean the chicken and put it in the bowl with the oil.
  3. Close the lid, set the thermostat dial to position 4, press the bottom heating element button and press the on/off button. Brown the chicken pieces for 15 min.
  4. Add the chopped celery, carrots, onions, garlic, red wine, salt and pepper and cook for another 5 min.
  5. Add the tomatoes and olives and finish cooking for another 20 min, turning the chicken pieces once or twice to mix them with the sauce.
  6. When finished cooking, add a handful of chopped parsley and serve hot with a side dish of mashed potatoes or polenta.

  • Carrots: 2
  • Celery: 3 ribs
  • Garlic: 1 clove
  • Oil: lev 5
  • Red wine: 1 glass
  • Peeled tomatoes: 400 gr
  • Olives : 50 gr
  • Salt, pepper, parsley: to taste
