Method



  1. Insert the paddle in the bowl.
  2. Put the oil and diced shallot in the bowl, close the lid and press the on/off button.
  3. Sauté for 3 minutes
  4. Add the pieces of chicken, salt and pepper and cook for another 20 minutes.
  5. Add the mustard and yoghurt and finish cooking for another 5 minutes.

Ingredients

  • Chicken breast: 500 g
  • White yoghurt: 100 g
  • Mustard: 40 g
  • Shallot: 1
  • Olive oil: lev. 5
  • Salt: to taste
  • Pepper: to taste
