  1. Remove the paddle from the bowl.
  2. Beat the pork slices and cover with flour. Put the butter in the bowl, close the lid, press the on/off button and sauté for 2 min.
  3. Add the previously floured and salted pork slices and cook for another 3 mins. Turn them over.
  4. Add the lemon juice and cook for another 3 min.
  5. Remove the slices and add a knob of floured butter to the drippings to thicken the sauce. Mix the sauce with a spoon and pour over the scallopini.
  6. Serve, garnishing the plate with some julienned lemon.

  • Salt: to taste
