  1. Insert the paddle in the bowl.
  2. Chop the leek and spread it over the bottom of the bowl with the oil.
  3. Close the lid, press the on/off button and sauté for 3 min.
  4. Add the previously cleaned and chopped radicchio, the red wine and salt. Cook for another 12 min. Ideal for filling crepes, lasagna, savoury pies, etc.
