  1. Insert the paddle in the bowl.
  2. Put the oil, chicken that has been cut in pieces and floured and the salt and pepper in the bowl. Close the lid and press the on/off button.
  3. Cook for 8 min (separate the pieces of chicken using a spoon if they are stuck together after cooking has completed).
  4. Add the chopped pineapple, ginger and curry and cook for another 3 minutes.
  5. Then add the water, soy sauce and starch dissolved in the pineapple juice, close the lid and cook for another 6/9 min until the sauce has thickened.
  6. Ideal served with Basmati rice.

  • Chicken breast: 600 gr
  • Canned pineapple: 350 gr
  • Pineapple juice: 50 ml
  • Starch: 1 tablespoon
  • Ginger: 1/2 tablespoon
  • Curry: 1/2 tablespoon
  • Soy sauce: 15 ml
  • Salt: to taste
  • Pepper: to taste
  • Peanut oil: lev 5
  • Bread flour (00): to taste
