  1. First prepare the ingredients. Slice the onion and cut the peppers in strips or squares.
  2. Insert the paddle in the bowl.
  3. Put the onion and oil in the bowl, close the lid and press the on/off button. Sauté for 5 min.
  4. Add the peppers, stock, salt and pepper and cook for another 20 min.
  5. Add the tomato and finish cooking for another 30 min.
