  1. Insert the paddle in the bowl.
  2. Arrange the shallots, diced bacon and oil in the bottom of the bowl, close the lid and press the on/off button. Sauté for 5 min.
  3. Add the peas, stock, salt and pepper and cook for another 30 min.
