  1. To prepare the fish balls, chop the bread in a food processor then add the fish, thyme, chopped parsley, garlic, grated cheese and eggs and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Mix well and shape into small balls using your hands. Roll each ball in flour and place on a skewer (3 balls per skewer).
  3. Remove the paddle from the bowl.
  4. Put the kebabs in the bottom of the bowl, close the lid and press the on/off button. Cook for 10 min. and then turn the kebabs over.
  5. Cook for another 10 min.
  6. Serve with tartar sauce

  • Cod fillet: 350 gr
  • Soft part of bread: 50 gr
  • Parsley: 1 bunch
  • Thyme: to taste
  • Eggs: 1
  • Garlic: 1 clove
  • Grana Padano cheese: 40 gr
  • Salt, pepper, flour: to taste
  • Tartar sauce: to taste
