  1. Clean and cut the pineapple in 1 cm slices
  2. Remove the paddle from the bowl.
  3. Put the butter inside. Close the lid and press the on/off button.
  4. After 2 min. the butter starts to get "bubbly".
  5. Then add the pineapple slices and brown them for 2/3 minutes per side.
  6. Sprinkle with the brown sugar and continue cooking for 5 min.
  7. Turn the slices and cook for another 5 min.
  8. Serve the caramelised pineapples in plates, decorating each one with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
