  1. Insert the paddle in the bowl.
  2. Clean and cut the artichoke hear into wedges that are not too large.
  3. Put the oil and garlic in the bowl, close the lid, select the OVEN program, set power level 3, set 40 minutes and press the program start/stop button.
  4. Sauté for 2 min then add the artichokes, hot stock and salt and cook for the set time. When finished cooking, add chopped parsley.

  • frozen artichokes: 800 gr
  • stock: 400 gr
  • garlic: 1 clove
  • sunflower oil: lev 3
  • salt, pepper: to taste
  • chopped parsley: to taste
