  1. Remove the paddle from the bowl.
  2. Mix the bread crumbs, parsley, cheese, garlic and salt in a bowl.
  3. Set the scallops in the bowl, cover with the filling you prepared earlier and drizzle with oil.
  4. Close the lid, select the AIRGRILL program, set power level 2, set 17 minutes and press the program start/stop button.
  5. Drizzle with oil before serving.

  • Parmigiano cheese: 25 gr
  • tablespoon of parsley: 1
