  1. Insert the paddle in the bowl.
  2. Cut the meat and potatoes in cubes
  3. Arrange the sliced onions and oil evenly over the bottom of the bowl, close the lid, select the STEW/RICE program, set power level 4, set 30 minutes and press the program start/stop button.
  4. Sauté for 3-4 minutes
  5. Add the lightly floured chicken, potatoes, stock, salt and pepper and cook for another 15 min.
  6. Then add the soy sprouts, soy sauce and finish cooking.

  • Potatoes: 400 g
  • Soy sprouts: 150 g
  • Stock: 200 gr
  • Onion: 50 g
  • Olive oil: lev. 4
  • Soy sauce: 40 gr
