Ingredients

  • Coffee beans
  • Ice cubes
  • Sugar
  • Orange sauce
  • 24k gold flakes

Equipment

  • MixCarafe with aero stirrer
  • Long spoon

Preparation

 

  1. To create the first part of the recipe add a thin layer of orange sauce to the bottom of the glass, then place it directly under the coffee dispenser.
  2. Prepare a single espresso, at the desired level of aroma, directly into the cup.
  3. Once done, take the MixCarafe and prepare 1 cup of cold coffee using the maximum level of froth and pour it into the cup.
  4. Finally, decorate with 24k gold flakes and orange peel.

Tip

 

For best visual results pour each drink into the glass over the back of a long spoon to create even layers.
