  1. Wash the rice. Soak the raisins in hot water for 5-10 minutes.
  2. Remove the paddle from the bowl.
  3. Pour the rice, raisins, sugar, vanilla, water and milk in the bowl.
  4. Close the lid, select the STEW/RICE function, set power level 2, set 40 minutes and press the program start/stop button.
  5. At the end of cooking add the butter (to taste) and stir.

  • Milk: 400 ml
  • Raisins: 30 g
  • Vanilla: 1 pinch
  • Sugar: 1.5 tablespoons
  • Butter: 30 g
