Method



  1. Insert the paddle in the bowl.
  2. Put the shallot and chopped garlic in the bowl, close the lid, set the thermostat dial to position 4, press the bottom heating element button and press the on/off button.
  3. Sauté for 3 minutes
  4. Add the pieces of chicken, salt and pepper and cook for another 15 minutes.
  5. Add the mustard and yoghurt and finish cooking for another 5 minutes.

  • Chicken breast: 500 g
  • White yoghurt: 100 g
  • Mustard: 40 g
  • Shallot: 1
  • Olive oil: lev. 5
  • Salt: to taste
  • Pepper: to taste
