  1. Remove the paddle from the bowl.
  2. Cut the meat and vegetables in cubes and place on the skewers alternating the meat and vegetables.
  3. Put the skewers directly on the bottom of the bowl, close the lid, set the thermostat to position 4 and push the on/off button. The bottom heating element must be off.
  4. Cook the skewers for 15 min.
  5. Turn the skewers and cook for another 10 min.

  • Pork: 350 gr
  • Chicken: 180 gr
  • Sausage: 200 gr
  • Bacon: 2 slices
  • Peppers: 1
  • Salt: to taste
  • Pepper : to taste
