  1. Put all of the ingredients in a mixer (the butter must be cold, just out of the refrigerator).
  2. Blend all of the ingredients until the dough is compact and quite elastic. Let it rest in the refrigerator for about 2 hours.
  3. Remove the paddle from the bowl.
  4. When the 2 hours have passed, roll out the dough to a thickness of about 4 mm. Make shapes with Christmas biscuit cutters and put them in the bowl on top of the baking paper.
  5. Close the lid, set the thermostat dial to position 3, press the bottom heating element button and press the on/off button. Cook the biscuits for 7 min. and then turn the baking paper 180°.
  6. Cook for another 5 min. When cool, decorate as desired.

  • Ingredients for 30 - 35 biscuits:
  • Plain white flour: 350 gr
  • Sugar: 160 gr
  • Butter: 150 gr
  • Egg: 1
  • Salt: 1 pinch
  • Honey: 150 gr
  • Cinnamon: 2 teaspoons
  • Nutmeg: 1/4 teaspoon
  • Ginger: 2 teaspoons
  • Ground cloves: 1/2 teaspoon
