  1. Wash the aubergines under running water, dry and cut into cubes 1.5 cm per side.
  2. Insert the paddle in the bowl.
  3. Put the oil and peeled garlic in the bowl, close the lid, set the thermostat dial to position 4, press the bottom heating element button and press the on/off button. Sauté for about 2 min.
  4. Add the aubergines, broth, salt and pepper and cook for another 23 min.
  5. When finished, sprinkle with fresh chopped parsley before serving.

  • Garlic: 1 clove
  • Salt: to taste
  • Pepper: to taste
  • Olive oil: lev 3
  • Parsley: to taste
