  • Why does the lever not lock down into position on my toaster?

    The lever may refuse to lock into position if there is debris trapped inside the toaster/carriage.  Please turn the toaster upside down and gently tap/shake to remove any debris.  If this does not solve the issue, please take the toaster to an authorised repair agent for further assistance.

    If your toaster is less than a year old, please remember to bring your receipt of purchase with you and the repair should be carried out free of charge under the terms of the guarantee.
