Ingredients

  • Coffee beans
  • 200 ml of cold milk
  • Ice cubes
  • Sugar
  • Cocoa powder
  • Crushed nuts

Equipment

  • MixCarafe with choco and aero stirrers
  • Strainer/Sieve for chocolate powder

Preparation

  1. To create the first part of the recipe prepare a cup of hot chocolate in the MixCarafe using the maximum level of density and pour it into thecup until it reaches around 1/3 of the glass.
  2. Rinse out the MixCarafe.
  3. Next, take the MixCarafe with aero stirrer and prepare 1 cup of coldcoffee with the maximum level of froth and pour it into the cup until itreaches 2/3 of the glass.
  4. Then, rinse the MixCarafe and fill with 100 ml of cold milk to prepare1 cup of cold milk foam choosing the maximum level of froth. Once ready, pour the cold milk foam into the cup until it reaches the rim of theglass.
  5. Finally, decorate with cocoa powder (using the strainer/sieve) and ahandful of crushed nuts.
