  • 1 Freshly made espresso
  • 100ml Skimmed or semi-skimmed milk
  • 3 Tablespoons whipped cream



  1. Prepare an espresso.
  2. Froth the milk using either a traditional steam pipe found attached to your espresso maker, or boil in a saucepan. If you have a De’Longhi Lattissima or a De’Longhi Perfecta ESAM5600 or PrimaDonna ESAM6620 Bean-to-Cup machine, you can prepare your frothy milk in the special milk carafe.
  3. Add the frothy milk to the espresso, and top with the thick whipped cream. Decorate with chocolate curls if desired.

Tip – best served in a wide cappuccino cup.
