Similar to the Caffélatte but without the foam, this drink was originally created in Australia to cater for local tastes, but has since seen increased popularity in many coffee shops around the world.
- Caffé Latte glass
- 1 shot of Espresso
- Topped up with hot (55-60°C) milk, no froth
- Add an espresso to a pre-heated tall glass or large cup.
- Fill to the top with steamed milk, taking care not add any of the foam.
- Add sugar to taste.
