A version of cascara tea, made with muddled cherries, lemon and orange peel.
- 40ml Italian Espresso*
- Cascara Tea (Cherry Tea - recipe below) 15ml
- Sugar Syrup (to taste)
Cherry Tea Recipe:
- 3 Cherries (normally made with dried cherries)
- 1 Lemon Peel
- 1 Orange Peel
*For this cocktail Union Roasted Recommends: Brumas (Costa Rica) Coffee Beans
- Steep cherries, lemon peel and orange peel in 100ml water for 10 minutes on a low simmer and allow to cool.
- Shake all ingredients with ice and fine strain into glass.
Ice: Single large cube
Garnish: Slice of orange
