What exactly are 'Graded Products' or 'Factory Seconds'?
Products purchased from our online graded store have been classed as such for various reasons, the most common of which are as follows:
- Customer changed their mind about a purchase and returned the product after a few days.
- A minor defect which was easily repaired, such as a broken foot.
- Packaging damage which renders the product non shop shelf quality.
- Slight cosmetic marks on the item.
- Failed delivery and then returned to warehouse.
- Overstocks which have been returned to warehouse.
These are the most common reasons. Should any of the above occur the product is no longer suitable for supply to shop shelves. This can be incredibly wasteful for a perfectly good product, so we sell them as graded at a discount to the customer. Graded De'Longhi products purchased from this website directly can be relied upon for quality and peace of mind.
Are the products guaranteed?
All De'Longhi graded products purchased directly from this store are supplied with a twelve month manufacturers warranty for your peace of mind.
What do I do if I am unhappy with my purchase?
You can return your purchase within 30 days for a full refund in the normal manner. You will need to pay for the return postage, and we recommend obtaining proof of postage as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit. Your local parcel delivery service will be able to advise on the safest method of return, and most offer tracking services.
What about after the 30 day return period? How am I protected?
Your product is guaranteed against manufacturer defects or failure for twelve months from the purchase date. In the unlikely event you experience a problem with your product we recommend you contact our friendly Customer Support team who will be delighted to assist you. Manufacturing faults within the first twelve months of ownership will be repaired free of charge.
Can I choose what type of grading my product has received?
Regrettably this is not possible due to the sheer quantity of products we ship each week.
Can I purchase from you if I am outside Mainland UK?
Regrettably this is not possible. We are currently only about to supply goods to the UK and Northern Ireland. For full details please see our full Terms & Conditions of Sale below. We are also unable to accept overseas payment methods.
How long will it take for my product to be delivered?
Delivery will be within the time stated on your order - usually within 3 working days. You will receive an email once your goods are dispatched by Parcel Force. Parcels will require a signature.
