Before you send your enquiry...

The Serial number and product model number are essential. These can be found on the underside of your product, under "Type" and "Ser No." - The Serial Number will be stamped into the label and will consist of five numbers. 

For product enquiries not applicable to under guarantee products please use the main contact form.

The model number can usually be located on the back or base of the product either on a white or silver label like this: Please fill-in the form with the type or model number
