  1. Soak the noodles in a large bowl of hot tap water until the noodles are tender, 25 - 30 minutes; drain.
  2. Meanwhile, whisk together the soy sauce, sugar, rice vinegar, and ginger in a small bowl; set aside.
  3. Insert the paddle into the Multi-fry bowl. Add oil, cole slaw, onion, celery, and carrot.
  4. Close the lid, set the power level to position 4, press the bottom heating element button and press the on/off button. Cook the vegetables until tender-crisp, about 10 minutes.
  5. Transfer the vegetables to a bowl. Add the noddles, bean sprouts, and soy sauce mixture and toss until well coated.
