  1. Cut potatoes into wedges. Rinse potatoes under running water for a few minutes. Drain them and dry with paper towels.
  2. Insert paddle in bowl.
  3. Put potatoes, rosemary and oil in bowl and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Close lid, set power level to position 4, press bottom heating element button and press the on/off button. Cook for 15 minutes.
  5. Slice bacon into small pieces and add to potatoes. Finish cooking for another 20 minutes or until desired crispness, stirring 1-2 times while cooking.

  • potatoes: 1 1/2 lbs
  • sprig of rosemary: 1
  • olive oil: Level 5
  • salt, pepper: to taste
  • bacon: 3 slices
