Ingredients

  • zucchini: 1 lb, about 4 small zucchini
  • garlic, minced: 1 clove
  • water: 1/2 cup
  • olive oil: Level 5
  • salt: to taste
  • pepper: to taste

Method

 

  1. Insert the paddle in the bowl.
  2. Slice zucchini into thin, 1/4-inch rounds and finely chop garlic. Add to the bowl along with water, oil, salt and pepper. Close lid, set power level to position 4, press bottom heating element button and press the on/off button.
  3. Cook for 35 minutes, stirring 3-4 times during cooking.
