Ingredients

  • Yukon Gold potatoes, cut into 1" cubes: 2 1/2 lbs.
  • sprigs rosemary: 4
  • peanut oil: level 4
  • garlic cloves, chopped: 2
  • salt: 1/2 tsp

Method

  1. Insert the paddle in the Multifry bowl. Add the potatoes, rosemary, oil, garlic, and salt.
  2. Close the lid and set the thermostat dial to position 4. Press the bottom heating element button and press the on/off button. Cook until the potatoes are tender and browned,40 - 45 minutes.
