Ingredients

  • onion: 1
  • carrots: 2
  • celery stalks: 1
  • potatoes: 200 gr
  • courgettes: 200 gr
  • carrots: 150gr
  • tomatoes: 150gr
  • frozen peas: 150gr
  • cauliflower: 150gr
  • water: 1.5lt
  • salt: to taste
  • pepper: to taste
  • olive oil: lev 5
  • parsley: 1 bunch

Method

Calories: 116

  1. Insert the paddle in the bowl.
  2. Dice the carrots, celery and onion.
  3. Cut the vegetables in equal size cubes (except the parsley)
  4. Put the celery, carrots and onions in the bowl along with the oil, close the lid, select the "POT" program, set power level 4, set 60 minutes and press the program start/stop button.
  5. Sauté everything for 3 minutes then add all the vegetables (except the parsley)
  6. Cook everything for the set time, then add salt, pepper and chopped parsley and drizzle with oil.
  7. Serve the soup hot or warm.
