Ingredients

  • water: 70 ml
  • olive oil: 13 ml
  • Italian flour (type 00): 125 gr
  • salt: 3 gr
  • fresh yeast: 7 gr
  • tomato sauce: 100 gr
  • mozzarella: 100 gr
  • salt: to taste
  • oregano: to taste

Method

  1. Put the flour in a mixing bowl, make a well in the centre and add all of the other ingredients.
  2. Knead thoroughly by hand until the dough is smooth and soft, shape it into a ball and let it rise in a bowl with flour sprinkled on the bottom.
  3. Cover with a clean cloth and set in a warm location, away from air currents. After it has risen for about 1 hour, roll out the pizza
  4. Remove the paddle from the bowl.
  5. Oil the bottom and roll the pizza dough on top. Spread with tomato puree, a pinch of salt and oregano.
  6. Close the lid, select the PIZZA program, set power level 2, set 30 minutes and press the program start/stop button.
  7. After 15 mins of cooking, add the mozzarella cut into cubes.
  8. Excellent when served sprinkled with rocket.
