Ingredients

  • Minced meat: 700 gr
  • Tomato sauce: 350 gr
  • Carrot: 1
  • Rib of celery: 1
  • Shallot: 1
  • Red wine: to taste
  • Salt: to taste
  • Pepper: to taste
  • Olive oil: lev 5

Method

  1. Insert the paddle in the bowl.
  2. Arrange the chopped celery, carrot and onions on the bottom; add the oil (level 5 on the measure).
  3. Close the lid, set the thermostat dial to position 4, press the bottom heating element button and press the on/off button. Sauté for 5 min.
  4. Add the minced meat, a splash of red wine and cook for another 5 min (during this time, use a wooden spoon to break up any large clumps of meat that might have formed).
  5. Add the tomato sauce, salt and pepper and cook for another 40 min. stirring with a wooden spoon 3/4 times during cooking.
