Ingredients

  • Peppers: 750 gr
  • Onion: 220 gr
  • Tomato sauce: 300 gr
  • Vegetable broth: 175 gr
  • Salt and pepper: to taste
  • Sunflower oil: lev 5

Method

  1. First prepare the ingredients. Slice the onion and cut the peppers in strips or squares.
  2. Insert the paddle in the bowl.
  3. Put the onion and oil in the bowl, close the lid, set the thermostat dial to position 4, press the bottom heating element button and press the on/off button. Sauté for 5 min.
  4. Add the peppers, broth, salt and pepper and cook for another 20 min.
  5. Add the tomato and finish cooking for another 30 min.
