Ingredients

  • Frozen peas: 750 gr
  • Bacon: 100 gr
  • Shallots: 2
  • Sunflower oil: lev 5
  • Salt and pepper: to taste
  • Vegetable broth: 200 ml

Method

  1. Insert the paddle in the bowl.
  2. Arrange the chopped onion, cubed bacon and oil in the bottom of the bowl, close the lid, set the thermostat dial to position 4, press the bottom heating element button and press the on/off button. Sauté for 5 min.
  3. Add the peas, broth, salt and pepper and cook for another 30 min.
