Ingredients

  • scallops (meat): 400 gr
  • butter: 20 gr
  • garlic: 1 clove
  • salt: to taste
  • pepper: to taste
  • parsley: to taste
  • lemon juice: 1/2

Method

  1. Insert the paddle in the bowl.
  2. Shell the scallops, clean them and dry well with paper towels.
  3. Put the butter in the bowl along with the chopped garlic, close the lid, set the thermostat to position 4, press the bottom heating element button and press the on/off button.
  4. Melt the butter for about 2-3 minutes.
  5. Add the scallops, salt and pepper and cook for 8 minutes
  6. Then add the lemon and parsley and cook for another 3-4 minutes.
  7. Excellent as an antipasto to serve inside the shells
