What kinds of products do you carry?

We have a wide range of coffee machines, table-top kitchen appliances and household appliances. As a global leader in coffee, comfort and selected kitchen categories, we offer consumers innovative home appliances with a distinctive combination of style and performance.  

Where can I find more information about your products?
Our eshop provides clear descriptions and features on each of our products to help you make the right decision on which product is best for your needs. We are also looking to populate more product videos into our site. You may also click here to view commonly asked quesions on our products.

Where are your products from?
We design and engineer our products in the Italy and assemble our products in our factories in Italy, Romania and China. 

Where can I see your products?
We are availabe in major departmental stores and electrical chains stores. 

What currency are you using?
All prices are in MYR currency.

What payment modes do you accept?

We currently accept payment via Credit Card (Master and Visa). 

How do I use a promo code?
You can apply your promo code at the shopping cart page. When you are in your cart page, under the Order Review section will be a link called Coupon Code. Once you input your promo code into this field, the discount will be applied and directly reflected in your order amount. 

Can I self collect my order?
Unfortunately, all orders will be arranged to be sent direct to the customer by our logistics partner.




DELIVERY

How will my order be delivered?

We use our third-party logistics partner to pick the goods from our warehouse and deliver them to you. We deliver Mondays - Saturdays, 9am - 6pm. 

How do I track my order?
After your order is placed on our eshop, you will receive an order confirmation in your email. You will be able to track the status of your order by logging into your account. 

How much does delivery cost?
Delivery is free in West Malaysia for orders RM250 and above. 

For orders below RM250:
Johor, Kedah, Kelantan, Kuala Lumpur, Malacca, Pahang, Penang, Perak, Perlis, Selangor, Seremban, Terenggan (3 - 4 business days): RM8
We currently do not deliver to locations outside these areas. 

For orders RM250 and above:
Johor, Kedah, Kelantan, Kuala Lumpur, Malacca, Pahang, Penang, Perak, Perlis, Selangor, Seremban, Terenggan (3 - 4 business days): FREE
We currently do not deliver to locations outside these areas. 

Can I request for a specific delivery date?
We do not deliver at a specific date or time. However, when you are contacted for delivery, you may make your request to the carrier. 

How long will delivery take?
You will receive your order within 4 working days. 

Do you do international delivery?
We currently only deliver within Malaysia and only to these locations: Johor Bahru, Kedah, Kelantan, Klang Valley, Penang and Terengganu. 

What if I received the wrong order or my order is damaged?
We are sorry that this has happened. Please highlight this immediately to the carrier before he leaves your premises, and we will arrange to deliver another parcel to you. If you make a claim of wrong order or damage after acknoledging receipt of order, please email us at eshop.my@delonghigroup.com with your order number, detailed description and any necessary supporting photos within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for an exchange as soon as possible.
