Material
STEEL: Superior quality sheet steel, cold rolled according to DIN 1623 (chemical component, mechanical characteristics at controlled allowances)
SUPPLIERS: Exclusively from European countries.
The complete hot/cold cycle is effected in continuous casting.

Safety
Each radiator is tested individually:

• Testing pressure 13 bar
• Operational pressure 10 bar
• Maximum temperature of operation 110°C
  

Configuration

• Ultimate radiator mod.10 without top grille and side panels.
• Ultimate radiators mod. 11K, 21, 22 and 33: with top grill and side panels.

Connections

• Ultimate radiators mod.10 and 11K: four "L" connectors with G 1/2" internal threading.
• Ultimate radiators mod. 21, 22 and 33: four "T" connectors with G 1/2" internal threading.

Assembly
The 11K, 21, 22, and 33 models are supplied with side panels and top grille already assembled and fastened with screws. The rounded corners and the narrow opening spaces of the grille slots - limited to 8 mm - ensures safety in use. These radiators are ideal for public places, such as schools, kindergartens and hospitals.

Rear mounting devices
The four-rear mounting devices of the Ultimate Radiators (6 starting from lengths of 1800) are completely concealed and welded on the rear side and enable precise, simple
and rapid mounting.
